On this one day course the emphasis is on you learning by playing games, having fun and not so much on coaching!

You will have the opportunity to discover paddlesports in a variety of kayaks and canoes and our experienced coaches will be on hand to keep you safe, providing you with as little coaching as you require.

We're sure that by the end of the day you will want to do more and move onto one of our introductory courses.
